When a negative thought enters, catch yourself and combat it with something positive.  When you have thoughts of self doubt immediately change it to thoughts of knowing and believing in your capabilities. We are human it will happen but we must strive to make this a habit that is apart every aspect of our lives. 

 Keep people around you that are striving for the greater good; individuals that are Energy attacks like energy. Some people think that an individual cannot make changes happen, but with that mindset of a person, the greater good is already defeated....  Thoughts have a chain reaction just like when lighting a fire.  One spark that is made is the beginning of a spreading fire.  The more sparks the bigger the fire..

No one said breaking  and turning old negative thought patterns into positive thought habits would be easy, but at the end is it not all worth it?
